About the apartment
The apartment was completely renovated at the beginning of 2023 and we have been welcoming guests ever since.
In 2023, 34 reviews were made by Booking .com's reservations, and we achieved a score of 9.1. In 2024, we also achieved Superhost status at Airbnb.
We are proud that our guests were so satisfied right from the start.
In 2024, we are working on to do even better and provide our guests with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
We created our website to make it even more convenient for our guests to book at us and to find all the necessary information easily in one place.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Budapest, Angyalföld (13th district), 2 km away from the Railway History Park and 3 km away from the Széchenyi Spa. The apartment is 46 square meter and fully equipped, including 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with american style kitchen and 1 balcony, overlooking the inner courtyard.
We provide free parking for our guests in a closed courtyard parking lot (for 1 vehicle).
The transportation is excellent. With bus 105 you can easily get to Deák Ferenc square through the Andrássy street. You can quickly reach Keleti railway station with the following buses: 20E, 230, 30. Or you can go in the other direction to the Aquaworld with bus 30. You also have several options to get to the blue (3) metro: tram 1 or 14 and bus 32.
Smoking and pets are not allowed, and the apartment can only be reserved as a whole, by a maximum of 4 person.

House rules
- Reservations can be made by e-mail, phone, or by using our websites calendar. After booking, we will confirm your reservation by e-mail.
- The advance payment must be paid within 5 days after the confirmation and before your arrival. It can be done via bank transfer.
- It is a mandatory condition for booking the accommodation, to scan personal documents (passport or ID card). According to the current legislation, it is mandatory for apartments in Hungary to upload the data of all guests to the NTAK (National Tourist Data Protection Center) system. - The apartment can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the last day.Early check-in or late check-out (in this case, we/you can put the key in a lockbox) may be possible upon prior arrangement, depending on availability. Failure to check out by 11:00 without prior arrangement may result in an additional charge for the next day's accommodation. If the Guest leaves earlier, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
- We need 100% of advanceto be paid by transfer in 5 days. If the payment is not received within this time, your reservation will be cancelled.
- Deposit: if no damage has occurred during your stay, the price of the deposit will be refunded within 5 days after the departure.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to issue an invoice for companies.
- Cancellation: The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 20 days before arrival. A fine must be paid when the cancellation happened 19 days or less before arrival.
- Fee: The penalty is based on the accommodation fee + taxes. In this case, the price of the deposit will be refunded. Penalty fee rate: 100% of the accommodation fee.
- The reservation can be modifiedby prior agreement (for example number of people or time change). In the case the modified confirmation becomes valid.
- The entire premises of the apartment can be used by every guest at their own responsibility.
- Free parking is available for guests arriving by car in a private, numbered but unguarded courtyard behind the house.
- The accommodation can only be used by Guests in the pre-arranged number of guests, which can be checked by the host without prior notice. Háziállatot nem tudunk fogadni.
- Guests will receive the apartment in a clean condition and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived, because the final cleaning, which is included in the price, does not mean a major cleaning. Otherwise, we charge a separate fee, the amount depends on the amount of extra cleaning. For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning with bed linen and towel change will be provided.
- The bathroom is equipped with liquid soap, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer.
- Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet!
- Please use the furnishings for their intended purpose. Do not take indoor furniture (bedding, mattress, tables, chairs, etc.) out onto the balcony or out of the apartment. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the apartment.
- The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, but meals are not provided. Guests are responsible for their own catering. Do not put metal objects in the microwave oven. Nearby restaurants and shops can provide more information.
- We provide our guests with 2 pillows, 1 quilt, 1 blanket, 1 large towel, 1 hand towel and bed linen.
- Garbage:The container is on the ground floor next to the entrance (white door), and the selective containers are on the -1 level.
- We respectfully ask you not to smear insects to the wall surface. Insect protection can be achieved by using the mosquito nets.The doors of the mosquito nets open when pulled to the right. You have to hold the door or it will pop out.
- It is forbidden to bring or store flammable or explosive substances
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, as it poses a fire hazard. Please note that there is a fire alarm in the apartment. In case of smoking in the apartment, we charge a cleaning fee of 30,000 HUF.
- Please pay special attention to fire safety. Do not leave burning candles or unattended food.
- When you leave the apartment, please close the windows and turn off the devices. Please lock the front door when leaving and overnight.
- Please maintain peace and order during your stay. Refrain from using electronic devices at a disturbingly loud volume. Avoid making loud noises on the balcony and in the house after 22:00 to respect the rest of others.
- Please remember not to leave personal belongings and other items in the apartment when you check out. We are unable to store or preserve them. If you need assistance with shipping these items, we can arrange it at your expense.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damages that occur as a result of the improper use of the balcony, apartment, furnishings, and household appliances, as well as any violations of the House Rules. The settlement of any damages will be handled on-site.If the Guests do not use the apartment as intended, they will be asked to leave immediately and the reservation fee will not be refunded!
If the Guests caused damage, they are obliged to compensate it at the current value, which is deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the amount, the compensation will be paid according to the agreement made with the owner.
Children under the age of 16 can only stay in the apartment with parental supervision. If the child is left alone and causes damage, his legal representative must compensate for the damage. The owners of the Apartment are not responsible if the minor who is left unattended causes damage to him/herself.
- We do not assume responsibility for any valuables left in the apartment, on the balcony, or in parked cars on the premises. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for any accidents that may occur during your stay.
- If you notice any irregularities or malfunctions in the apartment or its equipment that are beyond your control, please notify us as soon as possible. This will help prevent further damage or inconvenience. If you notice any malfunctions, please let us know immediately, we are unable to accept subsequent complaints.
- In case of loosing the apartment key, the Guest is obliged to notify the accommodation provider immediately and pay the associated costs (opening the door, changing the lock, etc.)
- In the apartment our guests will find information about services available nearby, shopping opportunities, restaurants, medical care, and the sights and attractions of the area.
